P	Pascal Grimard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service que jai vu. Perd par 2 fois des demandes de renouvellement d'antibiotiques pour une pneumonie venant de la pharmacie. La réceptioniste bete que ses pieds avec zero compassion refuse de trouvé une alternative et repond a mon amie de se presenter devant la porte avec sa pneumonie et d'attendre lundi matin pour voir un medecin quand nous sommes vendredi . parce que son medecin traitant est en congé ( il a le droit detre en congé) mais les autres medecins en poste refuse de confirmé le renouvellement Tout ca pour juste un renouvellement d'antibiotiques une chose qui aurait prit 5 minutes. Vaut mieux rester malade que d'aller la. Worst service I have seen. Lose twice the antibiotic renewal requests for pneumonia from the pharmacy. The receptionist stupidly said that his feet with zero compassion refused to find an alternative and answered my friend to come to the door with his pneumonia and wait until Monday morning to see a doctor when it is Friday. because his treating doctor is on leave (he has the right to be on leave) but the other doctors on duty refuses to confirm the renewal All that for just a renewal of antibiotics, something that would have taken 5 minutes. Better stay sick than go there.
J	Johanne BOURDELAIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mal organiser !! incroyable !! tout simplement pour avoir un rendez vous avec notre médecin de famille, nous sommes lundi et je viens d'attendre exactement 59 minutes au téléphone (ce n'est pas la première fois ce temps d'attente) pour me faire dire que tout les r-v sont pris avec le médecin, je dois rappeler jeudi matin (3 jours plus tard) pour essayer d'avoir un r-v la semaine prochaine, la dame n'a pas voulu même prendre un r-v dans les prochaines semaines à venir....non !! l'horaire n'est pas débloqué pour la semaine suivante...ben non !! il faudra que j'attende encore une autre heure pour tenter de prendre r-v si...ce n'est pas tout pris....!! Incenser !! ..... en plus avec tous les commentaires négatifs que je vois...il y aucune amélioration....Hallucinant !!! Very poorly organized !! unbelievable !! quite simply to have an appointment with our family doctor, it is Monday and I just waited exactly 59 minutes on the phone (this is not the first time this waiting time) to be told that all the appointments are taken with the doctor, I have to call back Thursday morning (3 days later) to try to have an rv next week, the lady did not even want to take an rv in the next coming weeks .... no !! the schedule is not released for the following week ... well no !! I will have to wait another hour to try to make an appointment if ... it's not all taken .... !! Incense !! ..... plus with all the negative comments I see ... there is no improvement .... Mind blowing !!!
L	Louis Gareau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malgré le bon service reçu durant plusieurs années, ils n'ont pas été accommodant quand mon médecin a déménagé ils m'ont simplement laissé tomber (arrange toi) . Heureusement j'ai pu suivre ma docteur a sa nouvelle clinique. Despite the good service they received over several years, they weren't accommodating when my doctor moved in, they just let me down (arrange it). Fortunately I was able to follow my doctor to his new clinic.

Mon médecin avait l'air bête à chaque fois aucune empathie, c'est à peine si ils vous disait bonjour, prenait le temps d'aller bouffer pendant que vous attendiez depuis 1h30 car il commence toujours ses rendez-vous en retard.... Ne donnait plus suite aux demandes de renouvellement de la pharmacie.... Jusqu'au jour où il m'a dit que si ça n'allait pas assez vite, je pouvais changer de médecin de famille ! J'ai préféré me remettre sur la liste d'attente et passer par santé québec en attendant où au moins on ne fait pas la file pendant 2 heures dehors à - 30 ° !!! For all the same negative comments stated below I put a star to not put zero. My doctor seemed stupid each time no empathy, it was barely if they said hello, took the time to go eat while you waited for 1:30 because he always starts his appointments late ... No longer responded to requests to renew the pharmacy .... Until the day he told me that if it did not go fast enough, I could change my family doctor! I preferred to get back on the waiting list and go to santé québec while waiting where at least we do not queue for 2 hours outside at - 30 ° !!!

La musique est tellement forte dans la salle d'attente que nous sommes pas capable de comprendre la secrétaire nous parler ! Aucun suivi au niveau des dossiers.. plus 2 mois et demi d'attente pour un retour d'appel concernant une condition médicale ! Plusieurs délais d'attente en clinique ! Horrible ! Plus jamais ! Je vais aller voir le médecin dans son autre clinique ! Je sais que cet condition ne vient pas du médecin ! Il suit ma fille depuis des années et ça n'a jamais été autant déplorable ! Service has always been bad! Secretaries talk to each other in a group at the secretariat! The music is so loud in the waiting room that we are unable to understand the secretary talking to us! No follow-up in terms of files .. plus 2 and a half months of waiting for a return call concerning a medical condition! Several waiting times in the clinic! Horrible! Never again ! I'll go see the doctor in his other clinic! I know this condition is not from the doctor! He's been following my daughter for years and it's never been so bad!
K	Karine Ducas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J était en attente pour une place avec un pédiatre pour mon bb de 2 mois et demi.. ils ont dit à la centrale de rendez vous qu il avait une place pour elle mais finalement, le pediatre est partie jusqu a la fin du mois dd octobre. Les secretaires au lieu de renvoyer la demande à la centrale pour qu il me trouve un autre clinique . Il ont gardé ma requête et me font encore attendre encore jusqu'à la fin du mois de octobre pour un bb suivi pour prise de poid. Cette clinique manque de jugement et me dégoute au plus au point . Mon bb à chuter du 29 ieme percentile au 4 percentile. Vous meritez une plaintes !!! Vous manquer littéralement de jugement J was waiting for a place with a pediatrician for my 2 and a half month old baby .. they told the appointment center that he had a place for her but in the end, the pediatrician left until the end of the month dd October. The secretaries instead of returning the request to the central to find me another clinic. They kept my request and still make me wait until the end of October for a baby followed for weight gain. This clinic lacks judgment and disgusts me to the point. My baby has dropped from the 29th percentile to the 4th percentile. You deserve a complaint !!! You literally lack judgment

Il a appelé 5 fois et 4 jours plus tard toujours aucun retour d'appel. Il a dû se rendre à l'urgence de Le Gardeur pour être examiné. Toute une équipe Bravo Valmont....On nous dit sans cesse de dégager les urgences des hôpitaux, mais quand il y a des incompétents(e) et un service déficient dans certaines cliniques médicales, comment y échapper ? La question reste posée.....? One star is already too many....my partner who is a patient at this clinic tried to get an emergency appointment with a doctor. He called 5 times and 4 days later still no call back. He had to go to the Le Gardeur emergency room to be examined. A whole Bravo Valmont team....We are constantly told to clear hospital emergency rooms, but when there are incompetents and poor service in certain medical clinics, how can we escape them? The question still remains.....?

Les médecins ne sont jamais disponibles, même si tu frôles la mort ils vont te dire de rappeler le lendemain matin pour prendre rendez vous. Les secrétaires sont tellement bête et n’ont aucune empathie. Je ne vois pas le but d’avoir un médecin de famille si ça prend 2 semaine pour le voir. Je veux changer de clinique et même pour ça, ils veulent pas me laisser. Si je pouvais donner zéro étoile, je l’aurais fait. Truly the worst service anyone can get. The doctors are never available, even if you are close to death they will tell you to call back the next morning to make an appointment. Secretaries are so stupid and have no empathy. I don't see the point of having a family doctor if it takes 2 weeks to see him. I want to change clinics and even for that, they don't want to leave me. If I could give zero stars, I would have.
