Je me présente le lendemain matin (et je vais jamais voir le médecin ) a 8:00 et on me dit il est complet parce que on donne priorité aux patients. Mais jamais on m’a avertie, et j’ai demandé. Je comprend mais avertisser maudit. ☹️ Last night I called to find out how to use it. She answers me come tomorrow morning at 8:00 am and we will give you an appointment during the day. Perfect! I show up the next morning (and I'm never going to see the doctor) at 8:00 am and I'm told it's full because we give priority to patients. But I was never warned, and I asked. I understand but warn cursed. ☹️
N	Nicolas Frenette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appelez a partir de 8h ils disent, il y a priorité pour nos patients au sans rendez-vous ils disent, encore faut-il se faire répondre.. je suis suivit par Dr. Chaabane à la clinique et j’appelle pour prendre une rencontre au sans rendez-vous, j’appelle à 7h55 histoire d’avoir la ligne, mais malgré cela, une heure plus tard, je suis toujours en attente pour qu’une secrétaire prenne mon appel. Je suis passablement déçu.. Call from 8 am they say, there is priority for our patients at the walk-in they say, still need to be answered .. I am followed by Dr. Chaabane at the clinic and I call to take a meeting at the walk-in, I call at 7:55 am just to have the line, but despite that, an hour later, I'm still waiting for a secretary to take my call. I am quite disappointed ..

Ce qui est le contraire d'être malade, ça compense quand on sent moins bien, on se sent en famille, compris et accompagné ! Merci ? my family doctor is there i am extremely well served when i am sick with secretaries as much as with other doctors it is really wonderful. The opposite of being sick, it compensates when you feel worse, you feel in family, understood and supported! Thanks ?

Pas de difficulté à rencontrer un médecin de manière urgente. Super clinique! Dr Adams is super nice and takes his job seriously. I feel totally confident with this doctors. No difficulty in urgently meeting a doctor. Great clinic!

Il est vrai que parfois la ligne téléphonique n'est pas ouverte à l'heure et qu'on attend avant de se faire répondre mais une fois qu'on nous répond, ça va vite et c'est efficace. Les médecins que j'ai rencontrés sont tous très compétents et compréhensifs. Personnellement, je suis vraiment contente d'avoir mon dossier dans cette clinique ! Merci pour tout ! My family doctor is at this clinic and I always have super good service. It is true that sometimes the telephone line is not open on time and that we wait before being answered but once we are answered, it goes quickly and it is efficient. The doctors I have met are all very knowledgeable and understanding. Personally, I am really happy to have my file in this clinic! Thank you for everything !

Vous allez vous amuser à écouter notre message vocal en boucle pour absolument rien. Ça doit changer , complètement ridicule et malheureusement, ce n’est pas la seule clinique qui fonctionne de cette façon. They should change the poster to say this: Don't waste your time calling as early as 9 a.m. because you won't be answered. You will have fun listening to our voicemail on loop for absolutely nothing. It has to change, completely ridiculous and unfortunately this is not the only clinic that works this way.
