★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to deal with medical arts dispensary, i dealt with them when I was living in a west end rooming house wheretheydeliveredour medicationwithoutfail. I have since moved and needed my medical profile transferred to my local shoppers drug mart just down the street. After myself calling them 3 or 4 times and requesting the transfer of my file to shoppers AND being TOLD by medical arts that they had transferred my file 4 times, i was fed up.After calling and calling and getting no response on the phone, the next step involved getting the pharmacist to call them. She did and got the same response, medical arts said " we already sent it over " which was bs because shoppers drug mart NEVER got it. Long story short, i eventually just contacted my family doctor and got her to send my prescription over, which to only about an HOUR. I don't know if your experience with medical arts will be similar but ever since I moved out of the rooming house mine was TERRIBLE.
