★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I booked at this place I noticed their reviews were low but thought it's an ultrasound what could go wrong. I was mistaken. My experience there was fine. Tech was nice I got in on time. I went in on a Saturday morning and was told my doctor would have results by Monday. I called my doctor on Monday they didn't receive anything . Called on Tuesday - nothing. They suggested I call the ultrasound place and follow up. I called they said they had the report and just hadnt sent it...not really sure what they were waiting for . I called my doctor later on they still didn't receive it. When I followed up with med scan it turns out they sent it to a wrong number...
So in conclusion they had the report and were just sitting on it bc they didn't feel like it was important for a patient to get their results and then they sent my private medical information to someone that wasn't my doctor ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate this negative stars. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY UNIT #22. They did not book my anatomy scan correctly EVEN THOUGH I SAID IM 19 weeks and it’s for an anatomy scan. They then proceeded to tell me they can’t do it because the technician is off at 5pm. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOURE PREGNANT AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Disgusting way to treat a pregnant woman. Whoever the Russian technician is I recommend you work in a career where you don’t have to work with the public. She is the worst person I’ve ever met in my life. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere where they actually care for people. Horrible human being!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve never been so upset in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My close friend has had the worst experience here today. To start, at no point in this should the pregnant woman have to argue to get the services she booked, and they messed up. When the clinic admits they messed up the booking, they then refused to offer any sort of assistance and instead increased the stress of an already stressful time. Then, they refused to do the correct scan because the technician finished at 5pm. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. If you are pregnant do not go here, they don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst ultrasound facility I have been to!! I came here with my daughter to get a scan of 5 areas - bilateral knees and ankles as well as her shoulder. We waited an hour to be seen for our booked appointment (which was booked incorrectly) and then I was told by a very agitated technician that she didn’t have enough time to do all 5 sites, that she can only do 3 and it’s not “allowed by OHIP to get that many scans at once”. Our appointment was basically booked as 3 instead of 5 scans. Moreover, she said that it’s not her fault we got “squeezed in” and that we would have to come back for another time to do the the other two scans. This is pure negligence. Stay far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BY FAR the worst medical experience I've ever had. I stood and waited by reception for 30 minutes to be seen by anyone. Some one came out several times, but completely ignored me. Then I had to wait for another hour before getting called in despite literally being the ONLY person in the waiting room AND having an appointment. The technician was very rude. I will never go back there again.

I booked an appointment month back and today wait more than an hour to see the ultrasound tech.
They don't care your appointment first come first serve.
Not deserved for health care services when they don't value people time.
Worse ever place got health service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unorganized staff. My Mom had bad experience there with mammogram appointment that was booked 2 weeks in advance. We arrived earlier but had to wait an hour before she was called. And then 20 min later they called her in the waiting area besides reception again even though they have already called her and she was waiting in the room in a robe. Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm shocked to see the horrible reviews this place has. I recently moved near by and have 2 elderly parents that need constant xrays and ultrasounds. This place is so accommodating and the staff is so kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Its quick, organized and sanitary. I would highly recommend this place and would suggest that if you have a good experience somewhere, you should leave a positive review! Looks like people only make time to leave a review when they have negative experiences.
