a	austin Foss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde who works at the front is unbelievable this was my first time at the clinic waiting in line then when I approached the desk she was talking about the woman in front of me. I find this to be awful. Did she do this qhen I left? I will definitely find another office .I hope the business owner see this and corrects the issue

I'm not sure what kind of health centre you are operating when you have someone like Dr. Karimi working here. I seriously think patient lives are in danger with her as people's physician. I don't think she has the education or experience to be a doctor and whoever thought she was qualified to work here, let alone be a physician in Canada, has lost it in the head. Folks, avoid this doctor. Maybe try to avoid this clinic as a whole and try to find a better physician office to seek your needs.
S	Suzana Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here many times for blood work only. Call prior to showing up, they manage to take you even if its last minute. The receptionists are understanding if you need last minute appointment. Ladies at the Lab are A+
B	Bahar At on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never written a review before but this place is so messed Up. I had never seen a more disrespectful disorganized and irresponsible group of staff anywhere else. Specially the ultrasound department. They double book their schedule. Kept me waiting for over an hour for an appointment and kept making excuses. And I complained about the fact that I’m starving since i came fasting and you guys are making me wait for over an hour extra so far. And the receptionist said they made a mistake on top too and i did not have to come fasting. I will never go back to this place.
t	ty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it's good it's alright at best, but when it's bad it's truely awful. The odd day you will breeze through with no lines or issues, but mostly it's unprofessional receptionists/staff, impossible wait times, being put on hold only to be hung up on, and then meeting with burnt out doctors who try their best BUT can only give you maybe 25% effort because they are stretched so thin. I think everyone that goes here at this point only continues coming because even with all these pains, it isn't guaranteed that another doctor in the GTA would be any better.
R	Razan Zeineddine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst encounter with a doctor I’ve ever experienced. I was running late cause i had car trouble so i called the receptionist to let them know i would be late and they said they will let the patient infront of me go ahead. My appointment was at 11:20 am i made it there at 11:43. They assured me it was fine and the family physician would still take me in. When i got it she lectured me and said I should’ve cancelled so when i tried to explain that i had called ahead she said “no you didn’t cause it would have been noted on you file” hinting that was lying and said there’s no need to lie. Then when asked about my medical history and i was attempting to answer Dr Karimi said it’s not not necessary since she won’t be my doctor. She was very rude and demeaning with her wording. If she felt some type of way about me being late i am failing to understand why she took me in. If you do not want to deal with a patient do not take me in, i understand that i was late so i would have understood if they said that she won’t be taking me in. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. You’re a doctor, you shouldn’t be lecturing patients specifically after i took accountability and apologized, i was nothing but respectful towards her, the same can’t be said about her.
S	Sav Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ana is extremely rude! The receptionists need a lot of training on how to be professional. They don’t answer your questions. One of them told me that the doctor is here for walk in until 12 pm when I came in with a baby they said we don’t have walk in doctor someone has given me the wrong information. Really I literally called and spoke with one of you guys ? Doctors are amazing. If it was for the doctors I would give 5 star. But the receptionists don’t even deserve 1 star.
C	Chantalle Sara Teja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ha is THE BEST family physician I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to and care for her patients. She is caring, friendly, patient and very resourceful. The lab is very quick and nurses are so friendly. The x-ray and ultrasound lab is usually quite slow, however when I was pregnant, I never waited more than 5-10 minutes for an ultrasound appointment and the tech always printed me pictures of my baby. I know there are a lot of complaints about the receptionists but I haven't had any negative experiences with them and I've been a patient at the Health Centre of Maple for the past 6 years.
