★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived in the townhouses for over 5 years and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff is friendly and eager to help. The condo association and board are always on top of things! The snow removal and cleaning/repairing of the main areas are always quick and done as soon as we notice them. The neighborhood is quiet and located beside a hospital, several schools, seniors home, convenience store and WEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here 5 years. Management had always been helpful.
But this winter we had no water from 22 till 27 and no heat for those same days, for hour at a time. The coldest days of the year. -30, -28. I had to cancel Christmas dinner and Christmas eve plans that I was have company over. All my windows are frozen and I am not paying for repairs out my damage deposit.
I am moving.
