★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I come here to redeem my esso extra points for a car wash they tell me the system is down. I've been there 6 times over the past 2 weeks. Day, afternoon and night. When I swipe the esso extra card for gas it works and when I go to other Esso stations in the past to redeem points it works so why is this place different? It's too bad because their car wash is awesome

My car was not washed well with the premium car wash. so went inside and talk to the store person and she didn’t believe at first then she came out and look at my car and told that my car was dirty and that’s why it was not washed well. But I asked her for a new wash code and she got mad at me and used Fword when I was outside with her. I never had to do a bad comment about anybody, this is the first time and I hope it won’t happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bathroom available. Two bathrooms and one was out of order and one was employee only. It's not acceptable for gas stations to not have bathrooms, many people drive and travel for a living and especially at night it's not okay for gas stations yo have no bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found at this location that Certain employees have a issue with selling lottery tickets. I have been told numerous times in the middle of day " We are not selling them right now " and when I ask why, they say for security reasons and it seems to me the same couple individuals that don't believe in selling them I think for religious reasons maybe.
