Overpriced for what you get. Management takes forever to fix problems in your unit. Contractors they hire leave huge messes as well. They also hire security which does nothing as I have had things stolen from the laundry room. Would not recommend. Great location though. Maybe with better management things would improve. Also prepare yourself for water shut offs once a week.

Do you want to bake in the summer, and freeze in the winter ? Then this place is for you! 32 degrees in the summer with 2 air conditioners (175.00 per unit) and 17 degrees in the winter.

Convenient location and good rooms. Smells pet in the elevator all the time. Can hear outside traffic which gets annoying sometimes.

My friend moved in beginning of August, not even a week in she has to make a complaint about cockroaches. It pretty much wasn't dealt with so we took it upon ourselves to post sticky notes around the building to notify tenants of the neglect. The property manager then confronts my friend in a hostile manner about the sticky notes(I was pretty shocked and should have recorded it). Well if you guys dealt with things right we wouldn't have done what we did. Because of that was the means for the landlord to "evict". They even shut off her fob key so she couldn't get back into the building until someone came out. I've had my own experiences as well. They may have somewhat affordable rent but def not worth the headache, unless you don't care. 0 stars, doesn't deserve the 1

I moved here from an apartment down the road and compared to it this has been heaven. No bugs here. Decent rent price for the location. A fuse blew in our apartment in the room with our ac and we called the on site super and he came within 10 minutes to help. Any problems we have they fix right away and always give notice of entry. Giving it 4 stars only because the unit is very old and the appliances are absolutely ancient.

Just moved in and really happy so far! Sarah, the property manager is awesome and has helped us a ton when we were looking for a place and keeping in touch with us till our move in date. The location is great. There’s a Circle K right beside, and a loblaws and Home Depot right across the street. Algonquin College is a 5 minute walk. Good and fair prices too. No bugs, and a cute apartment lay out. The pool is open and looks really good compared to what older reviews were saying. We see life guards as well as security walking around. There’s also a fitness room. Pet friendly as well. Giving 4 stars since its an old building and the appliances are pretty old, the road is also a little confusing at first if you are driving around the apartment because of the entrances and the roads only being one ways, might be annoying for visitors. But other than that it’s been great!

I love my unit. Its a 1 bedroom, top corner unit. I have really wonderful neighbours on each side, so it's quite quiet. This is certainly an older unit with it's quirks (for instance, if you don't sleep with a fan - you can hear the pipes in the wall at all times), and the facilities in the unit are older. However, for the price and location - it's been well worth the trade off. The downfall of this property and why I only gave it 3-stars, is that the management turn over is very high. While living here for 3 years, I've had at least 4 property managers. Getting things fixed takes forever. There is poor communication on when work is being done, or changes are being made. Recently with COVID, cleaning has been the bare minimum. Currently one of the hand sanitizer's has fruit flies in it, and has been that way for over a week.

Renters avoid. Where do I start; -Terrible plumbing, the drains are often backed up and the temperature bounces from hot to cold faster than you can track. -The electrical is so outdated with 15 Amp glass fuses, a too powerful air-conditioning unit will blow fuse leaving (MOST LIKELY) both of your bedrooms without any power at all. Our apartment is 34 degrees and anytime we try and cool it the fuses blow. -overpriced for what you get, the staff tries but the building is in desperate need of a makeover and Paramount would rather collect their money than do any real solutions. -the comically fast turn-over of building managers should be a good indicator of the troubles in the building.
