★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love shopping here whenever I get a chance to. Always something new to check out. Staff are awesome and owners even better. Not sure what the one negative review was all about. Thinking she brought it on herself. Try MDM for yourself. You wont be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular shopper at MDM - easily my favourite local store. The selection is huge, they update their social media regularly with in inventory. So much of my home(s) have been furnished by MDM, they have it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to buy a halloween costume for my son.. i asked the owner if they had any more costumes for boys, she rudely told me "they were in the back and she was to busy to go an check" as she then proceeded to stand by the change rooms for 10 minutes, as i was getting ready to leave she walked up and gave me unicorn costumes for girls. I no longer shop there, the old owners were nicer with way better prices and better customer service.. also i didn't constantly feel like i was being watched like i do now.
Go to actual stores to buy stuff brand new since mdm has basically the same prices used or even missing pieces and no warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new spin bike at this store. I drove all the way from Burlington to get it. They held it for me to get there (which was the first great and nice thing about them because they didn't have to do that ... During COVID they could have sold it easily, so I really appreciated that). Once I got there I was shocked, the store has everything and anything. I've went through the reviews on here and I'm a bit confused by the negative ones. The type of quality things you can get at this store BRAND NEW at a crazy discounted price is second to none. I dealt primarily with Mitch who was great! I also interacted with other staff members and they were all extremely nice and helpful... I highly recommend you check out this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I overheard the manager Dawn talking to an employee very rudely, they looked very uncomfortable/upset, they were asking a simple question about inventory and dawn looked very angry just by being asked something. This isn’t the first time i’ve seen or overheard Dawn doing something like this this either. MDM’s management/ customer service is by far the worst i’ve seen.
And just to reinforce my review, many of the items in stock were very dusty as if they haven’t dusted/cleaned properly. I also caught a glimpse of the horrible mess in the back room and I can’t believe how unorganized a business like this can be and still actually function properly.
