I remember when it was an auto repair garage, so it is quite nostalgic to me. I am a huge advocate of supporting small businesses and shopping local. Staff are always very friendly. They know me by name. They even know my car. If they see it pulling in, they will have my online order ready for me as soon as I walk in the door. When COVID hit, the business went to an online model. It was a big adjustment for me, but I still wanted to support them. The only thing that has kept this from becoming a 5 star was a stretch of 2 months, that took place a few months after the transition to online where every week there were mistakes such as wrong items, missing items, a single item instead of the bulk deal as ordered, or less quantity received than I ordered. A couple times multiple mistakes on one order. I kept letting the mistakes go, but within I'd fester about it. Until one week I went back in extremely upset. Which I have felt bad about ever since. Things are much better. It has been months and months without any errors, and I put in an order most often every week. Similar to when it was "The Old Garage", 2 Guys Online have a great loyalty program. Corey and Ken do a great job sourcing out new items all the time. Items change on a regular basis, because it is a liquidation place. You never know what you might find. Thank you 2 Guys Online.

Their auto-bid feature decided to bid against my own previous high bid. When I reached out about this, the response was "looking into it" followed by radio silence, even after a follow up when I ended up winning the auction. Sure, I could have just not paid and been banned from future auctions, but I did want the item (I bid on it after all). In the end they got an extra $3, this lovely review, and me probably not purchasing from 2GuysOnline again.

I am there every couple of weeks and find myself buying more since they went to the online format. Just love the deals here! People really need to educate themselves on the difference between "freshness dates" compared to expiry dates. Or don't so I can scoop up the deals lol.
