Long picnic area with lots of tables and plenty if shady spots. Sandy beach is clean and lengthy. Nice play structure, close to beach area. Very lovely place for family picnic. Washrooms are clean and easy accessible.

Loved it! Facilities could be better, they are dated and could use a face lift. Lake is spectacular, clear water, well kept beach, clean, great trails. Staff is great! Highly recommend.

Nice park, but the site was pretty sloped. Hard to level the trailer, and our tongue Jack actually slid off the block after a storm. Quiet park and pet friendly too. Would go again… just not to the same site.

Pretty bad park. Red ants have taken over the ground and attacked our little dog severely. So be careful. Raccoons are there in numbers and openly approach sites while people are out. Zero fear and will basically take the food off your bbq. Do not leave anything unattended after 6pm. Our camp site was lined with trash. I had to stop a worker and he came back with a bucket and claw arm and removed 2 buckets of trash from around our site. No pre site checks clearly. On our last day the park blew there internal power grid and was hydroless from then on. Unsure of when it returned. Limited bathroom locations. And dud to no hydro they closed the main bathrooms and showers and only left the vaults open which are not friendly nor clean looking. The boat launch was the worst thing I have ever seen. 0 protection from simcoes big waves. No docks to tie to. 2 15ft docks throughout the whole park which are only about in about 1 ft water and can not be fished from you will snag. The pet play area is an over grown forest with a small short trail going through which I was more worried about ticks then letting my dog play. All and all. This park is by far the worst I have ever been too.

Great place for a relaxing camping trip. The beach is a bit rocky but once you pass the rocks the water is awesome. Very family friendly park. Great for folks who want to active. There is a large field for frizzbe or volleyball catch etc. There is a perfect spot to see the sunset. Really magical highly recommend and will be returning!

This small peninsula on Lake Simcoe is an ideal summer playground for swimming, boating and fishing. A drumlin on the south side is topped with hardwood forest and drains into swamp and wetlands. Explore the Water’s Edge Trail and discover yellow-throat vireos and rattlesnake fern. Book your campsite early to ensure a spot, or come for a day visit and enjoy the park.

Nice little park with shallow sandy beach, an easy trail near the water and some secluded coves. Very limited shower facility (only 1 in the North camp site). South camp site doesn’t have power supply; but each site is surrounded by trees and shrubs, so it is much better in terms of quietness and privacy.

Simple park with good facilities. Campsite 138 was spacious as are most on the southern side. Trails were well kept. Not much of a beach, but got for a day trip.
