H	Henry Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double check your order and receipt! Used the app to pre-order then ended up being charged for something I didn’t order and they also missed an item which I discovered when I got home. Went back and one person was really helpful and another argued with me.

I ordered two coffee and waited over 20 minutes, while the coffee position was empty, all the cooking staffs stayed in burger place without any work. First time I asked how about my coffee, I was told to keep waiting. Second time I asked how soon I can get my coffee in 15 minutes later, they just asked: "Do you need refund?" OK, I agreed to get it refunded, the manager still let me wait over 5 minutes. I was in hurry to go to work, but they just wasted the time to hedge and find out all kinds of excuse to explain this issue. I couldn't wait any longer, so I had to leave without refund.

I wish them the best on their journey to becoming a voice actor! I had the chills their voice was so crazy
A	Andy TheReviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night around 9:30pm with a couple friends. All ordered a meal. Literally waited 20 min for our food despite being the only ones waiting. Even worse, one of the cooks in the back was not wearing a mask at all. Was touching all the food with his bare hands, then would wipe the counters clean of all the mess, then continued to make more food. I felt sick to my stomach. It’s not like I was sticking me head over the counter and seeing this, the kitchen is literally right there and the worker was closest to the counter. If I was watching that for 20+min while waiting for my food, then imagine how long that worker must of been doing that.
Y	YINAN DONG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst McDonald's. Ordered a hash brown on Boxing Day, it was cold and already rotten. I knew they closed on Christmas, but still! I was too busy on Boxing Day, otherwise I would report to food safety. Also ordered a toast bagle with requests to add extra butter and cut in half, but no butter and didn't cut in half, plus, it was cold too. This had happened multiple times already.

Inside , they have very wide seating area but avoid being their at 3 to 4 pm as it will be so busy with students of point grey high school and waiting time is huge and many items will be not available.
