★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased produce here and but this will be my last time. On my recent visit, I brought bunch of produces, the signage on two items of purple yam and tomatoes were in price per lbs and the word "Bag" in red front. There was only one type of purple yams so I interpreted it being on sale in price per bag. There are varieties of tomatoes and only the steak tomatoes were in a bag so I was misled that was the type that was on sale. I end up paying 3 times what I was expecting for these items.
The purple yam were also decaying, developing yellowish brown spots all over and tasted bitter. To disguise the rotten items in a bag and misleading patron with poor signage are the reasons I'll shop at Super Produce down the street from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of fruit and vegetables. Friendly staff. Koren owned so they stock some imported products. There is a current limit of eight people in the store at any one time. Also keep in mind they are closed on Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandy’s Farm Market is one of the go-to places for grocery shopping in Kerrisdale. While it offers less fruit, deli, and seasoning than similar stores, it has a large variety of vegetables with very decent value. Would recommend going in the morning since they tend to have long line-ups in the afternoon.

An employee saw me looking at their asparagus and let me pay outside without lining up :)
($5 for 4 bunches) - such a deal!
