★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be a bit pricy but it's worth the experience and the quality of the food. I Really enjoy supporting local business. I was also told that all vendors are vetted for authenticity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmers Market was small but had a variety of vendors from produce to prepared foods. The line up moves quickly so it's never too long of a wait. I usually have a good experience with the vendors and prefer to support local but the other day I had purchased some flowers from the Warmerdam flowers stall and were so disappointed with the quality. The price I paid for the 5 stems was not worth it at all for how the flowers turned out and bloomed - would not purchase from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This charming farmers market is reflective to Kitsilano. Free spirit and lots of nice, friendly people there. Great selection of fresh local produce directly from producers. Lots of organic fruits and veggies. Last Sunday I bought: organic rhubarb, raw honey, heirloom tomatoes (flavor and freshness were excellent), mushrooms, peonies (stayed in line to get a bouquet). Not the cheapest place, but it's worth it - the quality is better than in stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice farmer's market atmosphere, and food carts. It could definitely use some more in terms of "the basics" of fruits and vegetables. One other thing it really needs is an ATM, which would make it easier for vendors who don't accept cards, and faster for customers to pay.

If you don't want to lose yourself in a crazy milling crowd the size of New York or find yourself the only buyer in a two stand farmers market, this place you'll find is just right. Neither too big, neither too small, it is the right mix of crowd, food, and fun! Always a people pleaser ?
