Asked the guy at the 2nd window how much my coffee was he Said 3.49 plus tax
Paid with 10.00 got 5.55 in change back...beware McDonald's in Fonthill charges whatever they like.
Called to complain and dealt with a very argumentative and rude person
I guess it explains why they work at McDonald's couldn't speak to customers like that anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is horribly run. I ordered and payed for a hash brown with my pancakes and I didn’t receive it. Something needs to change at this McDonald’s or I will be taking my business to other fast food places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new building! You would almost think that you could drive up and get anything you order.. and yes! I got my meal but I also got soaked at the drive thru!!! Ya.. it rolls off the roof and into your car window as you pay. What's the deal!! A 4x4 roof panel to keep me dry as I get soaked by the new prices.. throw us a bone already!! Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked twice, please make sure you put two sugars in coffee. Got to the window. Can you please make sure you have put two sugars in coffee, I asked again. Guess what, pulled away, no sugar. How can you get this wrong. I won't be going back anytime soon. This has happened many times at McDonald's. Not Tim's. I guess McDonald's head office is slow to get a consistent process in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to dine in for lunch. The location is nice, it’s a new McDonalds, but the service is exceptionally slow and could be improved. The focus was on drive thru, but there was quite the line up in the restaurant and no one attending or caring for in store diners. They also don’t ask if you need condiments or anything and just leave you hanging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location but their is always a big lineup for drive thru and pickup but line do move fast. Food is always great. I never had any issue with them so far. I would even like to give them 5star For their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and customer experience has significantly declined at the New McDonald's. Mistakes have been made not once but several times. Food is cold and staff are rude. On one occasion I was waiting at the reserve window and staff forgot to give me my drink..... I asked for it and they gave me a very rude look and stared at me as if I had done something criminal in asking for the drink I paid for..... the employee then inquired again in a way as if I were lying.... eventually got my drink after feeling disrespected. Honestly liked the old one better....
