★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this food basics! The only one I shop at in the Niagara Region for it's cleanliness and great shopping atmosphere! I go out of my way every weekend to come here for the best deals. Friendly and helpful staff, great selection, low prices, and SUPER CLEAN! This Food Basics is run exceptionally well, so if you have been hesitant to shop here from a bad experience at a different food basics in the region, please reconsider this store as it is the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate a zero if I could customer is poor every time I come and I don’t come much because I don’t live here. Also if you are going to make people wait while others bag there groceries then you need a bagger. That’s ridiculous having to wait for someone to clear 2 sides of groceries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well staffed, managed and stocked during the pandemic. They have great policies that all staff are trained on and follow. I was politely corrected three times for not following the rules. Safe place to shop. Great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a bad half and half cream that I had used to make potatoe/leek soup...ruined the soup and my coffee...no hesitation by the store manager to offer a gift certificate replacement. Love this store. Helpful staff. Kuddos
