★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for Valentines Day and was absolutely shocked at the horrible service - especially when the restaurant wasn't busy. I have heard nothing but positive things about My Place and now my partner and I are so turned off. We were sat at 6:50 and by the time we walked out of the restaurant at 7:40, not a single waiter/waitressed approached our table and to help us. We didn't even get a glass of water. The only person who spoke to us was the person who sat us, who assured us a waiter would be with us soon and never came. However, 2 other couples were sat in our section AFTER us and were helped before us. I said "excuse me" to one of the waitresses to ask her if she could help us and she just walked away. We ended up at McDonalds for Valentine's Day because it was already so late. Super unfortunate because we were really looking forward to eating here after hearing such great reviews from family and friends and the reviews on here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner there on a busy Friday night and had the best waiter and experience. Food was great and so was the atmosphere. I should also mention that I hate going out to eat. I will be going back whenever things settle down. Noah is a very good server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have lunch or dinner. Great atmosphere, interior and food. Had the chicken parm sandwich and it was the best I've ever had. Great toasted bun, crispy chicken and fries. I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Only second time eating out as a new couple and we struck gold. The host was excellent and our server was just perfect. Great sense of humor and took great care of us. Food was amazing and great size portions. We both ordered steak and the meat and meals were spot on. Atmosphere was welcoming and it was a great experience all around! Thanks again John and date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Place for World Cup soccer. Back in the fall the bandwagon for CANADA'S NATIONAL MEN'S SOCCER was pretty small.
Having just moved into the area, I walked in to the half-capacity, set-up-for-take-out, dining room looking out for a manager who would be amiable to changing the channel from football and golf to soccer.
Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The whole staff are real sports fans and itbwas nice to see, not particularly particular about the sport that they are fans of.
The beer is cold. The servers are sharp and the wings are medium.
Now, when CANADA'S playing it's good to know I can walk in and ask that they put on the game. And so can you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice looking place, great ambiance, and our waitress was awesome. Unfortunately, my chicken was overcooked and tough to cut through, my asparagus burnt, and potatoes cold. My friend felt so bad that she kept offering me her meal. A $14 dollar charge for a cake being brought for a birthday party? I don't get it.. almost $50 later for 1 drink and a pretty looking plate of food that wasn't as edible as it looked? ... I personally wouldn't go back. Nice looking place, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the area today so stopped in for lunch. Very spacious. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Great food.
We ordered:
Lobster and crab stuffed mushrooms $16.99: absolutely delicious. Must try! Just sad there’s only 4 of them ?
Pad Thai $17.99 +$3.99 for tiger shrimp: good flavour, decent amount of tiger shrimp lots of sauce. Could use more more noodles as the portions is on the small side.
Shrimp Alfredo $17.99: very creamy, delicious, lots of garlic, shrimp is a good size. Lunch portion so not very big.
Apple crumble $8.99: so yummy. A good choice if you want something a bit less sweet. Vanilla bean ice cream is excellent.
Dirty naughty brownie $8.99: perfect for chocolate lovers! Two types of cookie, double chocolate fudge brownie with ice cream and chocolate and salted caramel drizzle.
Will definitely come back if I’m the area again to try the dinner menu. The waiter explained that there are more options on the dinner menu compared to the lunch menu.
