We have been trying BBQ Places around Niagara and have been very disappointed, but this place was fantastic!! TASTY, unique sauces, tender meat, delicious sides.. I could go on, but we were thrilled and we welcome HillFire SMK & BBQ with open arms to the area!! We've needed you!!!

The brisket and pulled pork were served tepid at best; I would have liked to have them served hotter but the flavor was still spot on. The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful.

The pork was soft, melting, non greasy...good with or without their house bbq sauces. Salad was small for the price but fresh. A variety of craft beer....slightly overpriced to me Overall, a place that I would go back to!

Girlfriend and I had the Platter with ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken, for sides we had mac n cheese, fries and the kale and cabbage slaw. Everything was amazing; Sauces and pickles were all delicious as well! Highly recommend!

The brisket and chicken were delicious. They also make pickled vegetables in-house, they’re a great complement to the meal. Portions are substantial, well with the price. I was also really impressed by the wonderful, friendly service.
