★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 big mac combos both super sized 1 with no pickles 1 with sprite 1 with coke, they gave us reg drinks and fries we told her politely that we ordered super sized the window girl we could see clearly dump the pop in a larger glass and top it off with water the fries she dumped in the bigger box but dint add any more fries the big mac NO Pickles was a big mac with only pickles .... obviously more training is needed by the students working afternoons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get the right order. And 1 dollar per nugget? Burger King sells 8 for 3 bucks...get over yourself. 4 bucks for fries. Whole bag of potatoes is cheaper.
Overall a terrible experience. Wont shop there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location at Derry and Goreway in Malton is the worst in Ontario. Food is always cold, nothing ever seems to be made fresh even if requested to be made fresh! Wait times keep getting longer which I wouldn't mind if the food was hot and fresh when its given to me but it never is. Do not go to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive through had about 12 cars, so I decided to do curbside. 3 donuts, small fries, 3 pops. 20 minutes and still waiting. Drivethrough has filled and emptied 3 times now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So first off let me say, I enjoy the food, ice cream and drinks. There have been times were things took too long but the staff were friendly and explained the situation when asked.
Now for this specific review, I don't know of there are renovations, if something happened or if they just decided to close early but if you advertise that the drivethrew is open until 1am, why is it closed around midnight tonight? Again I don't know if there was something that came up that forced them to close early, but with the heat rising, I wanted to come grab something cold and now can't, which isn't the end of the world but a little upset that you closed way before advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch it was very busy. The manager that was on duty was encouraging her staff, it was nice to hear. The owner was also in the kitchen working Great to see. My order was correct and did not take long to get despite how busy the kitchen was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to complain and they asked me to either drive back which is 15 mins each way or if they could send coupons. I thought I would get a coupon for a free burger but no just the booklet of different deals. Not impressed. And they usually forget the happy meal nugget dip so I always have to check and ask for some.
