W	Wayne Dey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this place they are lined up to the mall entrance do to the short hrs. I think they should open up to normal hrs. at this office . Don't the line up tells you something . Even before COVID 19 every time I have gone there is always a line up . Yes the staff are always very helpful , but the lines are not helping the situation.
M	Michael Lewkoski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People give a lot of bad reviews for the hours of availability here, even though they have the power to make suggested changes on Google. Not sure how that reflects badly on the actual staff or services. I have never had a bad experience at this office. Depending on the time you go, you get through pretty quick. Of course if you go after work or on a Thursday when they are open late, it will be busier, as everyone is trying to get their stuff done at the same time. That's just the way it is. It's a small town, don't expect Service Ontario to put 7 clerks in an office so that for 1 hour a day you don't need to wait 10 minutes for your plate renewal.

M	Meg White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees at this location provide horrible customer service! The way I get treated in there, I couldn't imagine treating another human being. Every time I go in, it's as if they want to find a reason so they don't have to help you. They send you away telling you need something, you return with what they were asking for, they either tell you you need something else or don't even look at what they asked you to bring back in. Absolutely horrible! I don't even want to give one star but have to select something.
M	Mr. EXTERMINATOR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Asian girl that works there tried to come up with her own rules on how to register a car under a RIN#. She was put in her place pretty fast. Throughout my dealings with her, she was rude . Somebody needs to pull up their socks and remind these people ( not all) to be pleasant and courteous.
