Miscommunication, brushing me off was late for work after they acknowledged my time , lady in office has no clue about cars which makes it harder when you have to repeat yourself and work was not done properly had be redone , it was a nightmare
T	Terry Archer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past, I avoided going to Elmvale Service Ontario because of the poor service and unwillingness to help customers. Extremely frustrating! In the past year, I have visited twice and have been extremely impressed. In 2021, I went in expecting that I may have some difficulty with my request. The lady who helped me was outstanding! The process was unfamiliar to her, but after 'doing some digging' she found a solution for me. She really went the extra mile. Unfortunately, I don't remember the lady's name. Today, I visited to transfer ownership for a vehicle. The process could have been frustrating, BUT once again, the representative made an extra effort to resolve the problem. Every time that I asked a question, Cathy was patient and clear when explaining things to me. Thank you very much for the great service Cathy!
