윤	윤진 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 커피를 제공하는 회사는 양아치 수준이다. 은행에서 자동으로 돈을 빼가게 설정해놓고 정확하지 않은 계산으로 매입과 매출을 사기친다. 매달 다른 사람이 와서 팔린것은 10잔도 못팔았는데 $160을 은행에서 강제로 수금하고 크리스마스 시즌 커피를 제공 받았다가 그대로 리턴했는데 모두 판걸로 계산해서 강제로 $600을 가져가놓고 지금까지 돌려주질 않는다. 또한 주기적으로 방문하는 직원들이 매출에 대해 커피수량을 카운트할때 대충하기 때문에 매번 더많은 금액을 가져간다. 그래서 차라리 남은 커피들을 사서 팔겟다고 하니 그동안 판 커피들을 다계산해서 가져가놓고 더많은 커피수량을 계산해서 내 어카운트 에서 가져갔다. 거기에 따른 재반사항도 의논없이... 이회사의 커피는 괜찮치만 헤드오피스의 직원들은 모두 사기꾼들이다. 몇번씩 전화를 해서 시정하려 해도 배째라는 태도를 보인다. 아무리 좋은 커피라도 성실하지 않고 고객의 소리를 듣지 않는 회사는 곧 망할수밖에 없다. The company serving this coffee is at the level of the arch. The bank automatically sets the money to be withdrawn and fraudulently buys and sells with inaccurate calculations. I couldn't sell 10 cups every month when someone else came in and sold me $ 160 at the bank and was given coffee for Christmas season. In addition, employees who visit regularly take roughly more money every time they count coffee for sales. So I would rather buy the remaining coffee and sell it, so I counted the coffees I had sold and took them and counted more coffees and took them from my account. There's no reason to discuss it ... The company's coffee is fine, but all the head office employees are con artists. Even if you call several times and try to correct it, you're in the stomach. No matter how good the coffee is, the company that doesn't listen to customers' voices will soon be ruined.
G	Guy Helsdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently hours of business have no meaning. First try we called we were told they closed at 9:00 PM We arrived at 7:20 to be told the close at 8. We arrived at 7:14 PM today, only be told they were not busy so they closed the kitchen. Only two strikes in this game. We were excited to try and support another local business We will not return. Not a way to welcome new customers or Start a new business. A very disappointed potential customer!
