hi there, i am here to report an incident at the north McDonald, 2 Asian girls were so rude with their service. they were disrespected to my job and treated me like rubbish. they asked me why i was late for my order whereas i had been waiting for over 15 minutes. they went to an extent of shouting at me disrespectful words and when i tried to object they told me to go report to anyone even the head office if i want. this is worst customer service i have received and would rate it not even a zero. worst place and would recommend customer satisfaction for any sort of improvement. action by the head office needs to be taken in action to prevent exploitation of customers like me and many more.

Went to use their monopoly coupons in the drive through. They took note I was using the coupons for part of my order. He told me I can show the cards at the 2nd window. Pulled up to the first window, I wasn’t given a cost when I tapped my card. Show up to the second window with my coupons, they say that there was a mistake and that I paid so that I just have to take the food that I paid for. Then I waited in the parking lot for one cheeseburger which took them over 10 minutes to make. This is at 3:30pm, not rush time. This isn’t good business practice. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Literally the worst! Ordered 20 cheeseburgers for a quick snack for a crew and they said it was going to be 45 minutes ... This must be the only McDs that grinds it fresh for you. I'm only writing this because I went to A&W with the same order and have a quick 5 minute wait. Good job on sucking at your only job making fast food!!

It's not necessarily the fault of the staff but when I go through the drive through its because I want to get my food and go. I don't want to hear from a robot about the latest promotion or that I should have the McDonald's rewards program and to say hi when I'm ready. Only to have them not be ready when I say hi. And then the attendant reiterates the rewards program that I don't want. I finally get a chance to make my order. And then they always try to upsell me something I don't need. No wonder the drive through experience is so slow. What a waste of time.....

Every time i go to this location, which isnt often because of the constant problems, im out something in my order. Today, i asked twice if my reciept was in the bag, he confirmed, twice. Rather than hold the drive thru line up, i trusted him. I was wrong to. Tried to call to let them know my order was short a cold, large fries, but no one answered. Im done. No more fast food from here. Too much hassle, and stress

Mega busy and got our 4 meals in under a couple of minutes. Way to go, whoever is working lunch rush on March 12, 2022. Thank you. Wish I took a picture of my Big Mac. It was perfect like in the commercial ? ?

This mcdonalds location never let's me down. The food is always consistent. The staff is always happy and pleasant. Even when the line is long I never wait long for my food. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch when working.

I order a latte expecting it to be nice and hot, yet I can glug the whole cup in seconds, so I bring it back for a new one, yet the same thing it's warm not hot! I ask if they can at least microwave it and they wouldn't. I said then there machine is not working right cause I definitely had hotter then warm. They did nothing to rectify the situation. There are plenty of people working there yet no one knows anything. Very dissatisfied!
