N	Nicolette Fuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your bag every single time because they WILL miss something you ordered. It literally doesn't matter WHEN you come to this McDonalds something will be missed. From sauces that you paid for to cheeseburgers you'll be driving away without something.

S	Shelli C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things have definitely gone downhill. The last 5 times I have been there I have had to wait along with several other people in the front for food. That is normally a rare thing going thru the drive thru. But now it is almost every order. There was so many of us we didn't know where to park. The speed has decreased tremendously, even when there aren't many people in lineup. I have waited in the evening around 8-10pm over 15mins for my food going through druve thru. That is ridiculous! The only plus side is the people who have brought me my late food were very nice. Making sure I had everything before they left. Having nice conversations and asking.about my dog. Can't say the same for the inside people.
S	Steve Holden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this location multiple times, dining in and out. Every time I visit, something is forgotten. Inside or drive thru. Every time I drive thru, we are asked to pull around and wait regardless of the amount of cars in line. This is the same for others in the drive thru as well. This ends up creating traffic mayhem just outside the exit of the drive thru. In saying my complaint, I would also state that my fries are always hot and I have never had an undercooked or questionable meal from this location. Just missing stuff every time.

OK, so it doesn’t; and maybe that’s OK except I do expect it to have some great flavor and I don’t expect the lettuce to be decomposed so badly that it was ready for the compost bin. Surely, at least, you could put some fresh lettuce in your hamburger. Was disappointed this time. So sorry, I’m back to teen burgers even though they are a little more expensive.
c	christine none of your concern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no soap in the dispenser in the washroom, they had hand sanitizer instead. Sadly hand sanitizer does not wash dirt or other things off of your hand. That would mean that the employees never factually "wash their hands". If that doesn't scare you, nothing will.
C	Chilina Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location and ended up with food poisoning sick for 2 days from eating their food, both my friend and I were unbelievably sick… I called to let them know and all they could do for me is offer me a free meal…. As if I’d be coming back for a free meal. I will no longer be eating at this location let alone any other McDonald’s. Also when I had called they were super rude to me on the phone telling me that everything was fine and that I was in the wrong.. super unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s. So gross

Was made to wait in parking lot and still received stale food. It's pretty obvious the staff do not care about their job but would probably expect to not get the terrible service they provide here elsewhere?
