★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just began working overnight shifts in the area. McDonalds states on various signs that they're open 24hrs. Apparently this is false. I headed over on my break and although there were staff inside (who saw me!) There was no way to enter the restaurant. I even walked through the drive thru, and there were blinds over the service windows and a milk crate stopping any cars from entering. I was hangry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever received from this McDonald. First they handed over wrong order, then made fun of it among themselves and laughed out loud. Later when I asked them to recheck the other, they started to show me as if you check by yourself. Ridiculous.. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan was fantastic! He helped our group with our order after hours and was so accommodating! This McDonalds wouldn’t be running without staff like Ryan, will definitely be returning just to see him!

When my order is done correctly it feels foreign and sad. I usually know I'm going to have a bad day when my order at McDonald's on Douglas is done correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea why the staff were slow but just kept multiple people waiting to order during after hours. Burger came cold. And better yet, they gave me a wrong order. Therefore, over charging me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stepped in for breakfast. Will say it was by far the worst experience at a Macdonalds outlet in all my travel. Tables were not cleaned, person sleeping in table next to us. No bathroom tissue or working electric hand dryer in washroom. Very very dirty washroom! Can't go wrong with coffee thank goodness. NO Covid precautions evident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a ghost pepper McChicken with tomato. It was pretty spicy for "fast food". I personally found it was missing some elements of freshness to it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is consistent at every McDonald's but there is large crowd of people at the window with a lot of music blaring away. I have a 25 decibel hearing loss in both ears and the racket is deafening. It was also a lineup of cars blocking traffic. Avoid the place at night if you value your hearing. I will not return and as a delivery driver I will have to avoid this location.
