★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently undergraduates live here despite advertised as graduate housing. LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG! Building management doesn't care as long as they pay rent. Seriously, if you can find other arrangements, don't live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a zero if I could. Loud parties every other night and people steal food non-stop (no personal freezer in rooms, 25+ people share the only one!)! The "property manager" - Neivy Rochaburn never replies to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. My daughter is there. Rooms are small, but good for one. Decent sized shared common space. Not inexpensive, but it's Vancouver and on campus. Convenient to lots of stories in the "village", and maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the main UBC sculpture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 15+ MBA students in the building spread across all floors and its quite convenient during exams, breaks, or just to have company.
This is the best and most convenient accommodation for fellow MBA students coming to UBC Sauder.
There are 2 types of rooms:
- Single occupancy rooms - small but perfect for 1 student. Includes personal washroom. The kitchen area is common but we had a lot of good delivery services for Indian food.
- Double occupancy rooms - spacious/perfect for 1 student; good enough for a couple! Kitchen is still shared but you get a faucet in the living area, which makes life convenient. bed and sofa/living area.
Takes 20-25 mins to the Sauder building by bus or by walking.
The monthly room cleaning services are negligible, and a little disappointing to me. It is just a quick vacuum and wet wipe of the washroom floor, nothing more. However the common area is cleaned well.
