This building has the most spacious public facilities (lounge, meeting room gym room) in this area and also the most convenient garbage room.

Neat place to live in, contains multiple restaurants with various dining choices nearby in the mall, also there’s Save-On-Foods nearby for grocery shopping. The downfall is the fact that some people park in our spot, which will get annoying.

There are many unexpected new fees and rules. Also, always something is broken in this building. Once broken, commodities are not available for quiet a while. There is a lot of construction noise, in addition to those produced by neighbours. Neighbours' cooking smell really gets into each other's unit. Bikes get stolen here, even in the indoor storage areas. In addition, the original drapes allow too much light in at night. However, the ocean view is amazing. There is a nice gym in the building too. Also, pacific spirit park is just across the street.

I have lived here (renter) for 4 years. the place is terribly constructed. Both my room and bathroom doors do not align properly since I got here, and DO NOT CLOSE AT ALL. One of my roommate's doors doesn't open anymore. The kitchen faucet fell right out of the sink because of cheap construction. Paint is peeling off our kitchen cupboards from just daily use.

An ok place to rent, but boy would I have regretted it if I bought here (or in one of the attached townhomes). A lot of the work is shockingly shoddy. In one of the townhomes (TH1, a unit I considered purchasing, luckily after it had been built and not in pre-sales from Wall Group / Wall Financial), the island was accidentally installed at a funny angle. As the owner, it would be incredibly expensive to fix because the stove is installed in the island and the air vent for the stove is above the island. There were also a bunch of smaller issues that wouldn't have been cheap to fix. In principle, you generally get a year to fix this kind of stuff under warranty, but this has clearly not been done and I'd guess that for something as expensive as repositioning the kitchen island, the builder would refuse to do and you'd have to sue, at which point they would argue that the floorplan has text indicating that it's for illustrative purposes only and your contract didn't specify that there was no text in the contract indicating that the kitchen island would be at 0 and 90 degrees from the walls and not 15 and 105 degrees. Also, the finishes do not wear well. A friend of mine, single with no kids, lives in a unit here and, just from normal walking around, the floors looked like they needed to be refinished after a couple of years. A lot of the finishes are like that — very nice looking when brand new, but absolutely terrible looking when not new. Personally, I don't even care about finishes, but if I owned, I'd care about resale value and having finishes that degrade so quickly really impacts resale value.
