NISSAN Gabriel Plateau I bought my certified 2nd hand Sentra from NISSAN Gabriel Plateau, The salesman " YVES " told me that the car is warrantied for one month, when I brought it to the maintenance during this one month the service staff were so rude " especially their manager " and asked for 600 $ inspection. I had to file a complaint with the customer protection, then they called and said that the car is warrantied and the charge is waved, Manipulation ... Not recommended at all, Stay away.

The service people are very nice. That's not the reason I'm giving them 1-star. I went in for an oil change, and an inspection (recommended by them due to the "age of my vehicle"). As a part of the inspection, they found a laundry list of issues. One of the items stood out as suspicious, since it was a part that was recently repaired at another dealership less than a year earlier. I took my vehicle back to the other dealership I use in Ottawa, got it re-inspected along with my 190k service. None of the work recommended by Mazda Gabriel Plateau needed to be done. Engine coolant tested fine, oil pressure switch was not leaking, brakes just needed to be lubed up (not machined like was recommended here). Filter did need replacing, but that was done as a part of the routine service for <300$. Not the 1.7k$+ Mazda Gabriel Plateau wanted to charge me for all the work they recommended. So now I'm out of pocket for the cost of the inspection from Mazda Gabriel Plateau, which I don't think I can trust anymore. And I'm pretty sure I never needed in the first place. The oil change I got here was fine (as far as I know). And I'm not going to go back.

The best service I have received at any Mazda since I got my car. I was in Ontario before but I must say Mazda Gabriel Plateau has the most humble staff. Would surely like to go back whenever needed!

Selling cars 2000-3000$ higher than the msrp annonced by mazda.. it's a shame to sell higher than the sticker prices then blame it on shortages.. then add another 2000$ for transport and prep ( i would be ok with that fee if the car was ..30,200 MSRP) looking at other reviews i think you will end up like the old Nissan car dealer that was at that location before you

I came for a routine check and was in a hurry. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and they made sure to help me save as much time as possible. The maintenance was great and I'm happy with the service!

On May 19 I went to this dealership to see about a CX5 that was for sale. I arrived there at approximately 8:25 pm. I walked in and I think there was only one salesperson in the place. I went to him said hello and asked if he had the car in the picture for sale. He looked at the picture and replied, that it was a Facebook picture. I replied it doesn’t matter what type of picture it is, as the picture stated it was at this dealership! He replied no, without verification. I asked him to verify as it clearly indicated this dealership and it wasn’t removed from Facebook!! He clicked his key board and replied no! This guy didn’t even try to sell me any other vehicle at all. Even though there were on the lot!!! Great salesperson. Said thank you and left. Won’t go there again as I live in the north east of the island. What a waste of ⛽️

My list of complaints is so long I am not even sure where to begin. I got in an accident in the US and had to get towed back to Montreal - I made the mistake of dropping my car off with them before looking at the reviews. I understand my vehicle is not new and has a lot of milage, I just wanted to be able to get back into it as safely as possible. First they try to convince me that my insurance wont cover certain damages that they indeed did cover, then they get impatient and decide to contact my father (who has sold me the car over 5 years ago and is completely uninvolved in the situation) to tell him my insurance isnt covering the mechanical repairs, when in fact they are. I ask them not to contact him, they keep doing so. They broke a piece of plastic in my car and tried to gaslight me into thinking the piece was broken before. Overall unkind, disrespectful and condescending. If you are a woman I recommend going here with a man because you probably will get better service that way.

Bought my first car and the services was really great! Soufian and Matthew answered all my questions and were not pushy like most dealerships. Definitely go see them if you're looking for a car!
