My Mazda 3 was just shy of 13 yrs old when I decided it was time to trade. Only normal things (1 set of brakes, shocks and struts and a set of tires) in all those years. I didn't hesitate - I bought another Mazda. Leggat Mazda (Burlington) brought their 'A' game. I couldn't be happier.

We was bought Mazda Cx3 in July and then 2nd week start tier issue and another week start battery issue. We already complain with dealerships they just fix it. And then after start engine issues every time having issue in new car. We r just wondering how to possible having issue in new car just after one week purchased. This is our bought first Mazda car and this is really horrible customer service, we was emailed week ago but still nobody’s giving one response. Mazda deserves 0 star. Guyss please don’t buy with Mazda better go with another.

Extremely unprofessional and assuming. I currently live in the US for work but I am Canadian, don’t have American citizenship, and don’t plan to live in the US for long. I reached out to Mazda Canada to see if it would be easy to import the 2021.5 CX-5 into the US given that I preferred a certain colour unavailable in the US combined with the fact that I will move back to Canada in the future and the car would be much less of a hassle to sell or trade if I just purchase it in Canada in the first place. I don’t actually want a letter of compliance for import/export, I just wanted to know if this was an option as I continue to shop around, but the customer service rep through email made me fill out that form. On a side note, I actually partially filled out the import/export compliance form with a vehicle at a dealership that I don’t own, but forgot the VIN on the form as it didn’t save correctly, and included it in the email. Their customer service rep actually emailed me back 2x telling me to fill out the form. I thought they were asking me to fill it out with the other details like manufacture dates and km’s, not that the VIN provided in email was not on the form. They could have amended the PDF form for me, instead of replying twice to tell me to fill out the form, delaying the process. Or at least they could have told me specifically that I didn’t provide a VIN and that it was okay to leave the other fields like km’s blank. After I finally put the VIN of a vehicle I don’t own on the form, Mazda got back to me two weeks later refusing to supply me with a compliance letter as “as our already-tight Canadian vehicle supply is intended for sale to consumers within the Canadian market” and since I put my current address as a US one, they “have to” refer me to a US dealer. Way to assume everything about me. I did not even specify when I wanted to purchase the car and furthermore, the Canadian market is MUCH less constrained the the US car market at the moment. Completely put me off from buying Mazda in either countries. If this is a glimpse of the service I can expect from Mazda, I will certainly not be purchasing one.

Extremely disappointing service from Mazda Canada. Even with the additional warranty, my seats tearing apart at the seams were not covered on a car that is only 3 years old! I will NEVER buy another Mazda and will tell anyone and everyone considering to buy one NOT TO. Absolutely awful experience. Do yourself a favor and buy a Honda, Kia, or Hyundai instead. Much better warranty! Can't wait to dump my 2017 Mazda3 Sport GT and get something better!

I have a problem with my Mazda CX-9 (Model:2017), in its Central Display screen, I got some spider crack at the corner of the screen. Later on, I explored the internet and found other customers had the same issue as me. Also, I got a document (from the internet) of the recall issue from Mazda. Last month, I called them regarding my Mazda CX-9 Central Display screen problem. The guy who picked up the phone denied there is no recall for this issue. Then I told him I got a doc. from the internet and it mentioned the same type of problem and sent him the doc. through email. After a while he called me back and said, this recall is applicable for a vehicle that was manufactured before April 30, 2017, but my one was manufactured on May 17, 2017, that's why it’s not applicable for my one. I asked him who decided they were not using the same defective product after April 30, 2017. It seems to me kind of cheating game from Mazda Canada. The guy told me to fix the defect with my own expenses. I am totally surprised; Mazda Canada used a defective product in my vehicle and they are not taking any kind of responsibility for it. If they are making business like this way, people no longer trust their vehicle.

The experience I am CURRENTLY still dealing with Mazda Canada Head office is insane. As an auto manufacturer - the availability of BASIC parts with lead time is a fundamental service for this company to hold. I get the delay in today's world however, 4 months with NO effort or even responsibility in trying to expedite part is embarrassing for this company.... the lack of customer service towards their own loyal customers is not something I expect from Mazda.... guess I was wrong.

I bought my beautiful deep crystal blue mica CX-30 in January and I’m so happy with my car. I fall in love with her more and more everyday. She’s got so much spunk, is fun to drive (dream on bendy roads), sleek, sporty, refined interior, beautiful exterior styling, great ergonomics, excellent handling, fantastic reliability, top-notch safety, and is driver-centric. Mazda put in a lot of thought into every detail and exceeded expectations with this car and I feel so safe going anywhere! My CX-30 truly is a driver’s car and even brings to life the most timid drivers! I love my CX-30! ?

I have purchased 2 new cars in my life, both of which were Mazda. My first was a 2009 Mazda 3 which was fantastic so I then upgraded to a 2015 Mazda 6 in June 2015. After owning the car for just over 6 years, I had rust starting to develop on my car doors by the side view mirror. I didn't think this would be a problem, as Mazda covers rust for up to the first 7 years. What they don't tell you, is that they start counting the 7 years from the minute it is completed at the factory, so although I had the car for just over 6, the car was over 7 years old and therefore my Mazda dealership told me corporate rejected the repair on my vehicle. I am now stuck having to pay for the repairs myself. Needless to say, when I purchase my next car it won't be a Mazda. I would recommend that if you can afford it, go Toyota or German.
