Staples Canada can someone actually get back to me regarding my issue??? Worst customer service ever. Ordered back to school items, you sent order to my old address in Whitby, ON even though my default address is my new address in Nova Scotia. Representative #1 β€œdon’t worry I will send an email to shipping department and they won’t delivery the item. They will get back to you in a few days”. ( woke up next day to email that items have been shipped). Representative #2 β€œit’s our fault, don’t worry they will attempt to deliver but require a signature so the driver will return the package and we will credit you”. Package delivered with no signature of course and I luckily had my old neighbour grab it so the new home owners didn’t have to deal with this drama! Representative #3 β€œI’m sorry you will have to speak to my manager, let me get them on the line.. sorry they aren’t available but i will call you back I promise”. No call back but an email saying someone in that department will get back to me. Ahem… it’s a week later and nothing so I called again. Representative #4 is in the Philippines apparently and trying to find me a manager talk to, put me on hold but I hung up after not wanting to hold any longer. I just want to speak with someone in Ontario, at the head office in Richmond Hill where the warehouse is so someone can take responsibility for this error. I even have some options for you: 1. Arrange for a pick up of the box at neighbours to credit me 2. Pay me to have my neighbour ship the box to me 3. Credit me the entire package and leave it to me to figure out how to get my neighbour to send to me. Worst!!!!!!

I ordered $3500.00 in gift cards from Staples. Tried to activate them and the website down. (5 to 7 business days to fix). Check in three times and finally on third call someone said they would email when live. They said they fixed the problem and went into site and still does not work. I have spent 2.5 hours , 5 phone calls, 5 emails and 2 online chats and still no help. A manager was going to call me twice never called. They said they would get them activated - never activated. Do not buy any gift cards from this company as they technically cannot deliver what they sell and ship. Customer service is horrible. Two weeks and I still can't activate any gift cards. I am sure nobody at Staples actually reads or cares about reviews either so I am sure this will fall on deaf ears.

It’s been 5 weeks and I’m still waiting for Staples to contact me as the driver promised they would to make arrangements for the repair of the damage to our lawn after the driver pulled onto our lawn and got so stuck he had to call towing. Serious! The picture of the white rocks and cross is where our pet is buried

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ordered a product and Staples shipped with missing parts. When I inquired they refused to send the missing pieces and told me to return the whole order to get refund. I agreed and we scheduled a time for pick up. They never showed up two days straight and never contacted me. I had to call them a couple more times to reschedule a pick up and they kept missing and refused to pick up. They refuse to contact me and I'm always the one having to contact them to come pick up the order. It's been three weeks and they won't pick up their stuff and refuses to give me the refund. Worst company to do business with and not at all dependable.

Big lie never trust next-day delivery. I ordered two printers from them on 26 this month only because of next day delivery and I am waiting they emailed me saying they are going to deliver it on 31 January. I could purchase it from Amazon with same price and receive it today. So please don’t believe on next day shipping.

Terrible customer service at the Bayer's Lake shopping area on Chain Lake Drive Nova Scotia. In actuality, there was no customer service. I was originally trying to order a print job online and I couldn't upload the professional artwork because their system disliked my format from the artist. So dumb me thought I could just go to the service desk and that someone might help me to upload the artwork and create the order. First I was simply ignored and then left to try to figure out how to self order yet again. I left so frustrated and hired a local printer who understands customer service. Staples, you need to get it together!

Placed an online print order, waited 4 weeks to receive an order cancellation from Staples with no reason or description. Called Staples and was told that I have to go into a designated store for my refund. 4 weeks of waiting, and I have to go in store to get a refund for an order I placed online. No explanation or reimbursement for my wasted time and frustration. I would highly advise anyone thinking of ordering from Staples to steer away and try to find an alternative to avoid disappointment.

Order a kids desk & chair for Christmas for my son. Order received and it’s a full box of printing paper. I contact staples all they say is have the wrong item outside on this date so it can be picked up. So I respond what about my order? Sales rep says the item is no longer in stock. So I stress my son will not have his Christmas gift due to STAPLES mistake (box even says children’s desk & chair) the sales rep says all they can do is offer me the sale price when the order comes back in stock.. which he doesn’t know when it’ll be. I told him I wanted to speak with the manager because they messed up and weren’t doing anything about it and my son did NOT get his Christmas gift. The sales rep told me the manager would call me in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week & I still have no received a call. I will not be buying from staples anymore & I am sure to tell all my friends and family about this poor experience I’ve had from this extremely large company!!!
