I was involved in a rear-end accident a few months ago. Through word of mouth, Michael approached my mother and I, hoping to be of assistance. This was my first time meeting with a lawyer, so I was nervous and anxious. However, upon meeting Michael the nerves and anxiety went away. Eliza Maynes only wiggled a carrot at me for 2 years while taking my lawsuit against the crown and sheriff Behiels. She moved no finger to progress my lawsuit against the above entities, wasting 2 years of my life while struggling with medical and financial and personal issues . She asked me to sign an affidavid of records that was never served to the crown. She never advanced my case by getting all medical file from my team of medical professionals, she never spent a penny to hire experts she promised. Moreover, she improperly takes credit for winning my appeal , while she was unable to tell Justice Greckolthe evidence without my help during the hearing. She came not properly and she would have lost my appeal if I was not right beside her to show her where to look in the transcripts. My appeal was successful due to the hard work of my trial lawyer , Yavar Hameed , whose sumissiions and cross examination of the sheriff were presented in the appeal . Eliza sent me few times threatening emails to remove the negative reviews . I also paid her big dollars to represent me in other matters and she prepared them last minute . She was not prepared to handle a big lawsuit like mine , and I do not recommend her to take over big cases at all In the defensive and aggressive attack of myself by Eliza Maynes in her company response ,who was paid multiple thousands of dollars from me, the published court case of mine only shows the work of Yavar Hameed , my trial lawyer whose work was presented to the judges . Eliza showed no remorse of stalling 2 years of my life without working to progress my lawsuit . She did not even bother to pay the medical records from my health care professionals although promising she would pay to get all my medical records. Her company attitude in the response shows non professionalism towards her unhappy clients . A good lawyer blames herself , not the unahappy clients / mishandled cases and tries to improve herself. A bad lawyer only blames her clients . She graduated a law school in Australia . As noticed, she fights the clients , not for the clients Eliza had my retainer to open a non for profit organization to protect the rights of those abused by police for about a year . she did not open it and another lawyer did this job in a month Note; Eliza Maynes sent me another threatening letter after my review was published initially followed by a lawsuit notice of defamation to remove my review. Since that’s how she deals with negative reviews from her clients who put bread on her table, be mindful of other people who might have expressed their negative experience with this lawyer and whose reviews are not posted. My previous review got erased not by myself and here is another one. Good luck Eliza , with this attitude , your career will be as prosperous and long as Ceausescu career
