I hired Brian Hurley 3 times and all 3 times he has proven to be of the utmost professional nature, absolutely responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect of the law and straight forward. Brian will not BS you in any way, he tells it to you straight, the way it should be whether you like it or not.

He not only solved a major issue for a friend but his charges for the services offered were reasonable. He told me right from the start before even paying his retainer that my case was going to be hard to win . After paying his retainer and having him go through everything he told me I had a valid defence but reminded me that it was still going to be very hard to win. He did not push his services on me at all was very honest about the likelihood of my situation. I , having nothing to lose and everything to gain, paid his fees to have him represent me and I couldn’t be happier with that decision.
