★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website was a little glitchy when I went through "below zero rentals", which seems to be the rental portal. BUT the service, speed and quality of rentals is phenomenal. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Everything was ready for you when you got there. Really have to give it to them, we filled out an online rental form 10pm the evening before and got there at 8:30am and the gear was all laid out and ready to go! Friendly staff, clean store & equipment. Pricing is highly competitive; Mont Tremblant rentals are $66+tax, Dan Lachance down the street is $55 tax incl. & here it was $51 incl. tax. Great experience and we will def be back!

When I called this store two day ahead, the employee I talked with said that a snow board rental price is $25/day which is very attractive price, but when I get this store in the morning, they said that the price is forty something dollars per day and said "everywhere is almost the same price whether you are renting at the mountain or here", moreover one of the hook of the left boot is broken, when I pointed out, they said "It is ok". Oh, my,,,, Why I would rent the shabby equipment and carry them all the way up to the mountain if the price is almost the same? On the mountain, they even have a valet service. I left the store without renting behind the grumbling staff. I don't understand some of the reviews saying about the cheap rental price. Is it different by gender or race?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total experts here. Came here to get my ski boots adjusted / punched out, and the whole team was so helpful, attentive, friendly and professional. They were also incredibly patient and took their time to make sure they got me to the perfect fit. What a great place.
