★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des gens qui n'ont absolument pas l'esprit d'un garage situé dans un village. J'ai fait faire 2 réparations par le passé au garage Matte. Cette semaine j'avais un pneu très mou au point où c'était dangereux de rouler avec. J'ai demandé pour emprunter leur compresseur à air pour le gonfler. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient dans leur rush du midi. J'ai offert de le faire moi-même et ils ont refusé, sous prétexte qu'il fallait laver le tuyau et la patronne a répondu que ça ne lui tentait pas. Le prochain garage ou station-service se situe à une dizaine de minutes. Ils m'ont laissée partir avec mon pneu à plat. Extrêmement décevant. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais.
 People who absolutely do not have the spirit of a garage located in a village. I had 2 repairs done in the past at the Matte garage. This week I had a very soft tire to the point where it was dangerous to ride with it. I asked to borrow their air compressor to pump it up. They told me they were in their midday rush. I offered to do it myself and they refused, on the pretext that it was necessary to wash the pipe and the boss replied that she was not tempted. The next garage or gas station is about ten minutes away. They let me go with my flat tire. Extremely disappointing. I will never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service. Had a front end noise in my van; was visiting Tremblant from Toronto. Was turned away from all the local shops. Pulled in and they immediately stopped to check out my van. Ended being a disc backing plate that was bent. 5 mins and I was on the road. Amazing service!!!
