★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a concern that I sent Matter3d an email about and to my surprise the owner himself (Aman) gave me his number. I called and he exceeded my expectations for customer service. Yes, as some mentioned it is good to support local but more importantly, local or not, Matter3d provides exceptional service so if I ever move and no longer local, I'd still support this company. Keep up the good work and hope you guys knock it out of the park in the maker space.
UPDATE:
Because of the great service I received I ended up ordering 3 more spools of PETG from Matter3D.
I tested the first roll, being white in colour, and although the results are usable, most of the other filament I've used is better. The finish is a bit rough. I exclusively use PETG so it's not a lack of experience with the type of material. I'm printing at 238 which works great for many brands I've used with my printer.
The other thing I am finding is that the cardboard used for the spool is way too flimsy and with use the cardboard gets a bit worn and is no where as good as the standard plastic spool the industry uses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colours are amazing, cant beat the cost, love that you are local. I wish i could get the filament to work though, it clogs my machine and doesnt adhere as well as even miscellaneous amazon filament.
Edit: One of the owners called me and we went over my print failures and printer settings. Gave me his advice and set me up with new filament to test out his advice. I'll update to 5 stars when i can test the new settings.
Edit 2: I have to eat my words. The Performance PLA has to be printed at much higher temperatures than regular PLA (230c instead of 205) but it printed out clean layers and did very well. Good materials and good customer support is 5 stars for sure.
