★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt and his team at the Getty Group helped me sell my home this year. The house was in Calgary and I live in Lethbridge. I was transparent that I needed the process to be as remote as possible for me as I have three kids and work full time so travelling all the time wasn’t an option. Matt and Shawn met with me and walked me through their strategy. Now don’t get me wrong I am someone who doesn’t take things to chance and felt very overwhelmed by Shawn’s methods to his madness. Now that we have closed the townhouse I can confidently say it worked! We accepted our final offer well above asking price in 48 hours of listing! We had over 20 showings in the first 24 hours of listing! I couldn’t recommend Matt and the team more. They made it such a quick and easy process.
