★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of working with Andrew on both a property sale and purchase. We owned a rental property for 17 years that needed a little updating before we put it on the market. Andrew provided invaluable advice on what to focus on and helped to source trades for our renovation. After the renovation was complete we listed with Andrew and sold our property in 5 days for basically our asking price. We were really pleased given how soft the Calgary market has been. We spent the next 4 weeks working with Andrew viewing properties which was a challenge given that we were all over the map on what we wanted. Andrew provided daily email updates on what was available on the market and promptly responded when we requested a viewing. Andrew was particularly insightful in leading us to what we really wanted and we ended up with our “dream house”. We can’t thank Andrew enough for all of his support and advice through both the sale and purchase of our properties.

Fantastic communication, knowledgeable and a great negotiator.....he took what could have been a stressful experience and made it seamless and productive. Even though we was only a buying agent for us (ie - not actually making any money from US directly!) - he displayed the utmost in professionalism with us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew went above and beyond for our first home purchase: Andrew asked us what we were looking for and set us up with the search portal. We took his advice and monitored the portal for few months to understand the market better. When we were ready, Andrew was right there to guide us on every step of the process. From there on, home showings, the mortgage, inspection, negotiations, and eventually possession day were all a breeze with Andrew being on his cell ready to answer any questions we had any time of the day/day of the week
