It was a great experience and my real estate agent was always there to guide me and to answer any and all of my questions! Throughout the entire process, Peter was patient and attentive and even came along with me to all of my walk through and inspections. Peter also worked to make sure that I got the best deal possible!

Before I sold, I didn't realize how much of a difference having a great realtor on my side would make. When my fiance and I met Peter Ng for the first time, I told him that I didn't know what neighbourhood I wanted to live in, whether I wanted a condo or a house, or even what type of questions I should be asking. He sprung into action! He gave us an easy plan and educated us about the process of buying a townhome in Calgary. Peter even told us how we should look for a real estate agent if we didn't choose to buy through him and his real estate team!
I never felt pressured or rushed, and it was nice to know that our real estate agent always had our best interests in mind. He/ was completely transparent, and was able to tell us a lot about the Calgary real estate market that we would've never known there was so much to know when buying a house.
As first time home buyer in Calgary, I can not recommend Peter enough!

He was super flexible and made buying my first condo really easy and relaxing. I have a packed schedule, so it was nice to find a real estate agent in Calgary who could schedule showings around my schedule and maximize the time we spent looking at listings. Honestly, he treated me like as if I was his most important client!
Buying my first home was quite a journey, but Peter never gave up, and I'm now proud to say I own a condo in the Beltline of Downtown Calgary! Thank you Peter Ng! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter Ng is an amazing Calgary realtor. He had infinite patience with me as I decided to move neighbourhoods to be closer to family. Peter listened to my wants and needs, and provided me with his professional opinion. I weren't very familiar with real estate and the communities in Calgary so Peter took the time to talk about the unique market conditions, the different neighbourhoods that I would like and how much we could expect to budget for a single family home.
When I did eventually buy, I ended up with a beautiful home that I'm exceptionally happy with. Without Peter and his wonderful team of support staff, we probably would've got frustrated and maybe even given up. He brought up details we didn't even consider and he always had our best interests at heart, which is why we strongly recommend Peter the team at KORE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica rented a place to me for 3 year's in Bridgeland and never missed or was late on a rent payment. I move out may 30 and after 10 days (today) she has refused to return my damage deposit on time after confirming in writting that I would receive the full deposit back (photos posted).
