My husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Kelsey, and believe me when I say that you will not find a better person to help you through the process! She even drove back from a holiday early to ensure that we would get a viewing on a house!! Once we placed an offer on our home, we did not have to worry about anything - Kelsey kept us informed on how everything would proceed and arranged for the inspection and lawyers. Anything you need, Kelsey can help! She was always available to answer any questions that either of us had, calm my nerves about my crazy concerns and above anything, was always truthful and honest. I felt like a member of her family, and truly cared for! I am beyond grateful and we are both absolutely thrilled with our home <3

I feel very fortunate to have worked with Kelsey Jones to sell my condo in a very saturated, buyers market. I live in a different province with the unit being tenant occupied, and the process went smoother than I could have ever imagined! Her communication was quick and constant throughout the process, and she worked very well with explaining everything to my tenant. Condo units were sitting on the market on average for 60-90 days and she had an offer within a week! As well as the new owners took possession with my current tenant in place and she facilitated the whole thing. She worked very hard to have the place looking in perfect condition for photos and showings (to the point of physically scrubbing the shower herself to make it shine) and definitely went WAY above and beyond any other realtor I’ve worked with in the past. Her business and hospitality background really shone through, and I felt like she actually cared. Kelsey proved over and over her thorough knowledge of the local market and I felt reassured and taken care of every step of the way. I was nervous in the beginning on doing the sale long distance but she took care of everything. I would highly recommend working with Kelsey!

Kelsey has been an absolute dream come true to work with in selling our home. I highly recommend her. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years and Kelsey was head and shoulders above the other agents. What set her apart is that she really and truly cared about our needs. From Day 1 of listing with her, she took ownership of the experience, and treated our property as if it was her own. When we were out of town she went in and staged our home with several of her personal items and she even spent hours cleaning our oven! Don't think other agents would even think of doing that (nor would I expect them to) but Kelsey went above and beyond time and time again. Another area where Kelsey shines is her people skills. She is a compassionate and empathetic listener - which I really appreciated during the sometimes stressful experience of selling. She was always available to chat and answer my questions. She is a great communicator, and was able to keep communication with potential buyers and their agents very positive and open.
