He can bring me back to the banks next year if everything went as plan. An excellent broker. Definitely recommending him to others.

As the usual, I have to provide my documents and all. Many tend to disappoint with their lofty promises, but Jermaine doesn't. He's straight up to the point about what I can expect from him and my best rate. He rescued me from a mortgage problem that another broker had promised but couldn't come through in the end.

They worked very hard with me not only to save our home and help to increase my credit rating but mostly to make the 2nd payments affordable in a timely professional way. I felt from the beginning I could trust her and the company and today me and my kids feel so much safer and I feel free of debt collectors.

I understand that some may be handling multiple clients at the same time so I don't mind for a mortgage broker to reply back in 48 hours. But Jermaine has always been responsive to my questions in less than 2 hours. I find that impressive.
Thanks Jermaine, for helping with the recent equity take out deal to be approved. Up and away I go with more properties.
