From 15 year veterans to brand new brokers working solely for a Class A/B or private lenders. I was even an account manger for a broker for a short period of time. With all that said, I had given up on finding a broker that had my best intentions at heart. From unreasonable brokering fees to almost paying off assets without my permission in order for a deal to go through. I cannot speak on behalf of wise equity, but if LEON ALEXANDER is any indication of the kind of ethics and business acumen the company portrays, then I've learned another life lesson. I had concluded that the uninformed will always be taken advantage of: LEON ALEXANDER disproved that! He not only helped to patiently direct me and my business partner in a new mix-use building purchase outside the GTA, but he swiftly responded and acted on the deals beyond any broker I have worked with before. His industry knowledge and humbleness made the entire experience more calming then stressful. I thank you Leon and the team you have behind your for helping to make my ambitions a reality.

I had also tried several other lenders, went through the process and then ultimately dropped with no explanation. So I was extremely hesitant to try another lender when Ejona reached out to me and kindly empathized about my situation asked caring questions about me! I was still very skeptical when,as promised Nathaniel Gardner called. He listened and I will never forget when he said " Let's get you out of this" , my spirit soared. I felt his honesty, sincerity and integrity in just a few words. Over my journey with all at Wise Equity from Nathaniel, Ejona, Patricia and Natalie their actions loomed large with professionalism and tenderness. I was feeling more confident daily as each of my many calls/emails were always answered personally and never went to voice mail or an auto response, I marveled at how all this could be possible! Nathaniel was able to creatively increase my client's purchasing power which resulted in them being able to purchase their first home! No previous mortgage broker was able to get them the low rate and approval amount desired. He took the time to thoroughly educate my clients throughout the lending process and was always responsive.
