Not only was he able to get me a much larger mortgage qualifying amount + interest rate than professionals I had worked with in the past, but what I appreciated most of all was his responsiveness. Early in the morning or late at night, I always feel taken care of when working with the Banyan team. Highly recommend - especially for investors!

He took the time to respond to all my questions thoroughly and patiently as well ensured that I was informed throughout the process. Ajay is passionate about what he does and cares about his clients, which translates in his work. It has been rewarding working with Ajay - I would highly recommend him!

Varshan went above and beyond to keep me informed, well educated as well as used his expertise to secure a great deal for me! I was always aware of what was going on in the process and any questions I had I was able to give him a call or shoot him a text to which he would respond to even my most trivial questions with a professional, easy to understand response which I definitely appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being disappointed working with a few other brokers including the one who helped me with my first mortgage.. I was referred to Banyan group by a realtor. I collaborated with Ajay Mahendran to find a solution to purchasing my second property and he left me amazed.
Part of the challenge was my international travel in the middle of the whole transaction.. not only did Ajay demonstrate versatility but also was extremely patient throughout this complex transaction.. while everyone else was apprehensive recognizing the solution I desired.
I worked with other's in the past.. few of Ajay's characteristics that stand out include his honesty, working in the best interest of client - and I really mean it, his perseverance.. and what impressed me the most was his subject knowledge/market awareness. He was in know of what he was trying to accomplish and couldn't easily be swayed by the lenders demands.
Over the years he has mastered the art of negotiation, and commands respect within the industry peers/competition for handling such highly critical and time sensitive transactions successfully. I am definitely coming back to him for my next transaction and/or consultation as I continue to grow my portfolio. Thanks Ajay!

Varshan was very patient, diligent and thorough in addressing all my concerns. He was always willing to get on calls and share resources as needed to help me make informed decisions.
