D	Dolly Amour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I dont write reviews...but somehow expressing and making sure all future single FEMALE buyer/sellers are guided appropriately and do not feel awfully uncomfortable by creepy realtors such as FAWAZ BLANEY. I have never felt such a discomfort and an inappropriate interaction with a business professional, be very cautious ladies. I do not recommend this agent and advise you go to another a company.

Jadhav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually we stop ourselves putting any reviews as we believe in Law of Karma...but somehow expressing and making sure all future buyer/seller are guided appropriately and dont feel bad after making such an important decision of our lives of having our dream home. Me and my husband have a very netural feeling working with the realtor with this brokerage. Key points lessons learnt :- 1. Never trust on a completely unknown realtor. 2. Sell first and Buy later to avoid pressure especially in this market. 3. Double check do your homework dont rely on the broker's CMA especially before firming up the offer. 4. Relationships with broker to broker matters a lot for a successful and cost benefit deal. 5. Whatever inspection you do nothing happens if there is change during the last day of moving. In our case seller even said "this is what it is take it or leave it" and none of the broker or lawyer could do anything. We are definitely not the happy clients as we sold for less and bought too high in this market. However its all destiny and we are getting adjusted and trying to feel happy in whatever has been offered though financially we are hit HUGELY. A	Annie Bureache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible company. Do not rent with them! They do not provide the services included in the lease (like Wi-Fi). The heating has not been working properly all winter, I have been freezing all winter. When I visited the building, I was told all construction was done. However, loud construction has been going none stop for 5 months everyday, even the weekends. I have been missing shelves in the cupboards since I moved in and they still did not come install them. The workers do botched work and they refuse to send someone to fix it. There are constantly staff walking back and forth in the hallways making noises and speaking loudly, with music, often right in front of my door. They offer no compensation for the non provided services, or any of the other issues. The managers and staff are dismissive, very rude, and do not respond to emails sent to the managers emails, nor the customer service email. They told me the construction and noise was normal and would just continue indefinitely as people move in and out. My lease provides for payments via e-transfer, in Quebec, the lessor must allow the tenant to pay as provided by the lease. However they refuse to let me pay with that method, I advised them multiple times over the last few months their online system does not accept my bank, they are now trying to evict me.
