Service correct, sans plus. Je donne 3 étoiles parce que le service a été rendu et ma sécheuse est réparée (merci à Sébastien). Par contre, ils pourraient améliorer leurs temps de rendez-vous; faire attendre un client pendant 6h pour finalement arriver en retard c'est ordinaire pas mal. De plus, on m'avait dit "Les frais d’un appel de service sont de 90$+ tx qui inclut le déplacement, le diagnostique ainsi que le devis de la réparation au besoin" alors qu'au moment de payer, le technicien nous dit que le déplacement est de 80$+ tx puis 120$/h additionnel. Manque de franchise ou mauvaise communication? Qui sait!

Service ordinaire. Cela fait maintenant depuis le mois de Décembre que je contactais Brassard Service. Il y a eu au moins 6-7 fois où nous avons discuté pour qu’il vienne chez nous pour la réparation de notre lave vaisselle… À chaque fois, soit il nous appelait pour dire qu’il pouvait être là dans 10 minutes (ce qui était très inconvenant pour nous) soit il n’avertissait tout simplement pas qu’il n’allait pas se présenter sous prétexte qu’il avait des urgences.. une fois une urgence ça va, mais à chaque fois….. étrange. Par la suite, aujourd’hui le 2 Février, il est finalement venu, a regardé notre problème pour 5 minutes et a conclu que les coûts de réparation s’élèverait à environ 400$ et qu’il serait mieux que nous achetions un nouveau lave vaisselle à ce prix. 5 minutes plus tard, une facture de 91$… je comprendrais les frais si l’entreprise était situé dans une autre ville que St-Jean-sur-Richelieu ou même si j’avais eu un bon service dès le départ.. Très déçu
regular service. It's been since last December that I contacted Brassard Service. There have been at least 6-7 times when we discussed him to come with us to repair our dishwasher ... Each time, either he called us to say he could be there in 10 minutes ( which was very inconvenient for us) is there simply not warned that he would not be in the pretext that he had emergency .. once an emergency okay, but every time ... .. strange. Subsequently, today February 2, it finally came, looked at our problem for 5 minutes and found that repair costs would be about $ 400 and it would be better that we buy a new washing dishes at this price. 5 minutes later, a bill for $ 91 ... I would understand if the fees the company was located in another city that St-Jean-sur-Richelieu or even if I had had good service from the start .. Very disappointed

Lorsque j'ai écrit sur leur site internet pour avoir un appel de service pour mon lave-vaisselle. J'ai eu une réponse en moins de 12 heures. Par la suite, j'ai eu un rendez-vous 2 jours plus tard. Pour moi, cela était très rapide !!! Réparation très efficace et rapide. Un excellent service à la clientèle !!!
When I wrote on their website to get a service call for my dishwasher. I had a response in less than 12 hours. Subsequently, I had an appointment 2 days later. For me, it was very fast!!! Very efficient and quick repair. Excellent customer service!!!

Our washer had an error code and wouldn't work. We called Brassard service. First appointement, he just didn't show up, no curtesy call at all. We called him to find out what happened. He said he was very busy with multiple service calls. A curtesy to let us know he couldn't make it would of been nice. He said he would be here the next day, before noon. 2nd appointment was scheduled before noon. He doesn't show up. We get a call around 4-5 pm from him saying that he will be there the next morning. 3rd appointement was scheduled before noon, he shows up in late afternoon. Again no call to let us know he'll be there later than scheduled. He ended up having to order a part which he received a couple days, possibly a week (I don't remember the exact number of days) later. 4th appointment, he was late again. He installed the new parts incorrectly. We kept the old parts just in case. Good thing we did because within about 2 weeks, our problem was back. Exact same issue and error code. We called someone else. The new guy was on time. He checked the washer and told us the parts were installed incorrectly which caused the brand new part to break. He happened to have the part in stock. He installed it in the same day. We even got a curtesy call about 2 weeks later. The new repair guy wanted to make sure everything was still OK. So we basically had to buy the parts twice, and lost 5 days of work so we could be there for the repair. I will definitely will not be calling Mr. Brassard for any futur repairs.
