She always replied to emails immediately, even if I sent her an email at 11 pm. Crys is very friendly. She took all of my questions seriously and never made me feel silly for asking about the smallest things. When we had an issue with the seller/the seller's lawyer for our real estate transaction, Crys pursued the issue immediately and had it resolved the same afternoon. Masterson Law's law clerk, Candice, is also exceptionally responsive and helpful. I was impressed with her service. I couldn't recommend Crys and Candice at Masterson Law more highly.
