★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took care of everything for a reasonable price. Keep in mind there's a few hundred more in search fees and teranet fees that get added to the legal fee total. Only issue was they sent the fee breakdown and transfer details 2 days before close, which is incredibly tight as it can take that amount of time to just transfer the money.

The process was smooth all around, there were various clerks working on the file and anytime I had a question, it was answered immediately. The retainer letter was comprehensive and detailed. The ability to sign documents virtually during a pandemic was great and on top of it all, the fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this company by my realtor. I have always used a face to face lawyer, so was a little bit worried. I had absolutely no need to be. From the beginning of regeristing with them, they were great in the clear communication of all the steps and what they needed. They responded quickly to any questions I had, and the law clerk answered the phone directly when I called with an urgent an urgent question.
I am using them for both a purchase and a sale. I highly recommend using them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
