★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for reasons or challenge their decision and they will charge you. You have to be someone who just trust what they do and not ask question and you'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend. Being in client relationship type of work myself, If I approached it the same way as this firm, my clients would go to the next company.
