★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the multiple transactions I've dealt with Jung I've always felt comfortable with her handling my real estate needs. Very professional with prompt communication and clear expertise. The clerk Lisa is responsive with document preparation to ensure closings are handled in a timely manner. Improvements could be made with respect to customer requests and notes on file to ensure smooth closings. Office is clean and staff are accommodating with two locations. Overall a good experience.

Listened and educated me on all my options before recommending how I go about my case while giving me a rundown of other possible routes and outcomes as well then gave me a recommendation.
