The drain pipe in our kitchen broke and we needed it fixed immediately as we were leaving the next day for vacation. They were quick to return my call and were at our place in about 2 hours. I enlisted the services of MasterFix for a simple leaking drain. They replaced some joints such as a 45 and yet it still leaks! IIdi has horrible prices As well as bad customer service. Would not recommend.

I have witnessed Ildi’s quick actions and excellent work on numerous occasions. Just a couple of weeks ago, there was a leak once again outside of the Media Room. Ildi again was at the building immediately that evening and, due to his shutting off the water to the ‘16’ line (mine) and immediate repair of the valve, we avoided having another flood. On that evening, I spoke with Ildi at 10:00 pm when he was leaving, and he was saying that the major difference with Master Fix Plumbing and himself was that he personally did the work and oversaw the work. I’ve spoken with Ildi on numerous occasions in the past when he was at the building, and he has patiently explained to me each time what was happening and what needed to be done. During the flood in the mail room, Ildi patiently held the damaged pipes for me to take careful pictures of to send to Uponor and our engineers. On the Sunday evening a couple of months ago where the pipe burst in the garage due to the heavy rain, and there was a major Niagara-Falls-like waterfall through one of the light fixtures in the garage on P1, Ildi was at the building with his men in less than half an hour, addressing the issue, and they stayed until all was well. I know there have been numerous occasions on Phase I where we have had emergency flooding, and Ildi has always ‘had our backs’ and has been at the building almost immediately to make sure we were safe. I appreciate and trust him to do a good job, and am grateful he was there for us last night and on all previous occasions. Last evening there was a major flood in a Unit 2 floors above mine … due to the quick actions of Ildi, he was in the building within 15 minutes; If it hadn’t been for Ildi's quick actions and his very quick response, my unit would also have been flooded.

We almost had a flood in our condo due to toilet being clogged. We contacted MasterFix and they were very quick to response even on a Saturday night. We’re very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the guys. They did a very clean, neat, quick and easy job. Grateful to have found them and would not hesitate to use their services again

Have a toilet clog so my only toilet is out of commission and got the business card from my condo building. Living in a condo building, you have to use what’s “approved” to work on the units. Ildi sounded annoyed I even called, wants to charge an outrageous rate of $350 to fix what is just toilet paper stuck, and only gave me a two hour window (I was at work) for me today and to try again tomorrow. 24/7 emergency service…sure.
