Every damn day.
They refuse to listen and will not remove your number from their call list. Do not do business with these scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a legitimate company!! Uses illegal call centers in another country to book unsolicited jobs. Refuses to remove our numbers from their calling list. Blatantly breaks the law and rebrands itself every few years to avoid the government. Technicians show up in unmarked vans with no uniforms and probably doesn’t report revenue to the government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten two phone calls (unsolicited) within the last three days regarding their services. I had asked to have my name removed from their list the first time they called. I also advised them that I was on the DO NOT Call registry. This morning I received another call from them and again I was told that they would remove my number. I also left a message for them on the Ontario number but I haven't heard back from them, and frankly i don't expect to. I would strongly urge people to refrain from using companies that do not respect Canadian laws and rights to peace and privacy. I would have given them a zero rating, if I could. BTW, their Edmonton phone appears to have been disconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Toronto-based subcontractor operating in Ottawa offered a 50% discount then came in and identified additional maintenance that needed to be done so we paid them $355 and they were done in 10 minutes. All work was done inside the vents that I would have figured to be included in the base price. All in all, $475 for 40 minutes of work. Then their complaints department calls me and I explain the situation and I am told that I was booked as an “on call” service, even though they reached out to me to offer me there services and we scheduled 2 weeks in advance. #crooked
